everis, part of the NTT DATA Group, has announced that Didier Lambert has joined as the Go-To-Market Lead for Life Insurance BPaaS for Europe. The executive has taken the new position as of June 1st to help boost the company’s services and presence in Europe aimed at helping clients within the Insurance industry with their modernization challenges and digital transformation.
With more than 25 years of experience within the Insurance sector, Didier has worked with several companies, including insurers, software and state-of-the-art solutions/service providers. Didier has deep expertise advising clients with the balanced usage of technology such as like Insurtech, digital components, robotization to address business needs such as introducing innovation, digital transformation, and efficient Closed/Service Book management.
As a milestone within his career, Didier set up one of the biggest and most efficient Closed Books Center of Excellence in Europe, managing multiple millions of policies and having reduced and ‘variabilized’ costs significantly. This, combined with everis’ solid BPaaS/BPO offer, will help the company becoming the Global Trusted Innovator partner for insurers to lead their markets.
