everis is once again a finalist in the LinkedIn Talent Awards 2019, being held for the fifth time in Spain. This year the awards ceremony is in Madrid on 4 December at 7pm.
everis has also been nominated as a finalist in the category for “Best Employer Brand: above 500 employees on LinkedIn”, sharing the candidacy with Banco Santander and Inditex.
The aim of the LinkedIn Talent Awards is to develop the talent of candidates and companies. They are organized globally and this time there are candidates from 12 countries and regions: Belgium, Brazil, Italy, MENA (the Middle East and North Africa), Mexico, the Netherlands, the Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden), Poland, Qatar, South Africa, Spain and Turkey.
More than 1,000 businesses have the chance of a place in one of the five categories: Linkedin Rising Star, Best Talent Acquisition Team, Best Employer Brand on LinkedIn, Best Culture of Learning and Top Innovation Staffing Agency.
The assessment criteria used by LinkedIn to choose companies is an analysis of the profitability, results and impact of more than 1,000 businesses using its solutions in each of the participating countries. The LinkedIn Talent Awards recognize the way professionals and their organizations understand, attract and develop talent and how their businesses generate a competitive advantage by using LinkedIn solutions and other activities on the platform.
everis has been nominated in previous years and in 2017 received double recognition with two awards, one in the Best Employer Brand category and the other as Best Recruiter.
