everis was the winner of the Global Award 2020, during the “RPA Partner Conference 2021,” held in Japan yesterday, July 15. During the conference, attended by nearly 250 participants from 100 companies. 12 partner companies, and 7 divisions were also awarded for their annual sales, engineering development, technical capabilities, and customer support.
At present, NTT DATA has over 400 distributors of WinActor—its RPA solution—which they rely on to increase users of the solution, regardless of their regions or commercial industries.
The Global Award 2020 recognizes the main trusted partner for sales abroad, for which everis was selected by a jury comprised of 40 distributors outside of Japan. The jury evaluated the achievements attained by the consulting firm in selling several licenses in a short period of time and its collaborative work with regional partners for their dissemination in the Latin American region.
During the event, the RPA Partner Award 2020 was also awarded, whose purpose is to recognize the partners that achieved significant achievements in the RPA business during the fiscal year 2020. A further objective of this recognition is to promote their lines of business, improve customer satisfaction and the quality of products and services, and make relations between NTT DATA and its partners even stronger.
Helio Fischer Gomes, Head of RPA at everis Brazil, collected the award, pointing out that “it is a great honor for us to receive this recognition. WinActor is a very important tool for helping our customers transform their businesses and processes. We are sure that this solution has enormous potential in the Latin American region in the upcoming years. We will keep prospecting for customers whose model fits with WinActor as an RPA tool.”
For her part, Keiko Nakajima, Engagement Manager at everis, stressed that “with an eye to the future, we will continue to actively collaborate and create value jointly with NTT DATA. We will also continue to expand our product and service offering so that they can contribute to the expansion of our customers’ businesses, to problem resolution and creating value, to respond to the diversification of their changing business needs.”
The RPA market had a year-on-year growth of 64%, reaching 200 million dollars last year. Its expected growth for 2021 is between 70% and 90%, as the successful pilot projects are inspiring trust among buyers of this technology, as reported by the consulting and research company.
