NTT DATA Europe & LATAM achieves several Top Employer 2023 certifications, doubling the obtained internationally

NTT DATA, IT and business services provider, has been certified by the Top Employers Institute in 12 countries in Europe & LATAM, doubling the number of countries obtaining this certification compared to the previous year. Brazil, Chile, Germany, Italy, Portugal, and Spain are now followed by Argentina, Belgium, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, and Romania, in recognition of excellence in the professional environment of companies, and the endorsement of good practices and policies in human resources.

The increase in the number of certified countries has resulted in regional seals being obtained in Europe, Latin America, and North America. Obtaining these regional seals gets NTT DATA closer to its goal of obtaining a global Top Employer seal for 2024.

The six additional certifications obtained this year not only proves NTT DATA’s constant and growing commitment to its employees but also serves as a perfect example of teamwork as already sealed countries have played a key role in the submission process of the newly certified countries.

At NTT DATA we believe in people and their potential. It has been crucial for us to work on building a hybrid and flexible work environment that encourages collaboration and where people can take an active part in their own professional evolution, participating in innovative and diverse projects and, most importantly, surrounded by excellent professionals with a high human quality”. says Flora G. Mesa, Global Head of People at NTT DATA Europe & LATAM.

Top Employer Certification

The Top Employer certification, which has been awarded for more than 30 years, aims to give visibility to best practices in human resources in companies around the world.

Through this achievement, NTT DATA reinforces its position among the best employers thanks to the implementation of hybrid and flexible work policies that meet the needs of each person. It proves once again its commitment to diversity and inclusion and confirms its success at attracting and retaining talent. It highlights as well the excellence of its onboarding processes for new joiners and, simultaneously, demonstrates a complete and successful alignment of HR and business strategies that position NTT DATA as one of the top 10 companies worldwide according to Gartner.

These initiatives, which impact a huge part of NTT DATA’s professionals in the region, speak to a company culture that puts employees at the center of its strategy and decision-making. They also serve to attract talent, as the company expects to hire several thousand professionals for all technology areas by 2023.

This recognition confirms NTT DATA’s commitment to its current and future employees, ensuring its growth; offering them unique opportunities, and, consequently, having a direct positive impact on the customers with the aim of scaling them towards a more efficient and viable operating model, always supported by technology.
