NTT DATA and World Padel Tour announce their collaboration with the aim of continuing to promote the best padel in the world, as the technology consulting company becomes an Official Sponsor.
With this new agreement NTT DATA strengthens its commitment to padel, adding this agreement with WPT to the initiatives that the company has been developing for some time. The company sponsors some of the best padel players: Gemma Triay (world number 1) and Alejandra Salazar (world number 2); Ariana Sánchez (world number 3) and Paula Josemaría (world number 5), as well as Sofía Araujo (world number 22), the best player in Portugal; and Alejandro Galán, world number 1 in the male ranking.
The organizations come together to support the expansion of this sport, with the aim of strengthening its presence worldwide, as participation continues to grow in Europe and Latin America.
The collaboration of NTT DATA with WPT reflects its commitment to place the spotlight on this inclusive, diverse, and accessible sport. As Ángeles Mera, director of Marketing and Communication at NTT DATA Europe & LATAM says, “NTT DATA is a company based on talent and diversity, that is why we have decided to focus on padel, as it is a sport in which anyone can participate, and it is open to all.”
By coming together with NTT DATA, World Padel Tour joins one of the international key players whose business consists of helping clients in their processes of digital transformation through consultancy, co-creating tangible solutions for its clients, and with a profound knowledge of the industry and advanced technological capacities.
The company will thus become an Official Sponsor in Spain, giving visibility to the brand during annual Open, Masters and Final events in Spain.
