Company Earns Highest Designation for Competence and Market Strength in Eight Sustainability-Related Categories
NTT DATA, a global digital business and IT services leader, today announced that market analysis and consulting firm Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC) has awarded the company “Best in Class” rankings in eight separate categories in a sustainability and CSR IT vendor analysis in Europe.
NTT DATA earned PAC’s highest designation based on its competence and market strength in eight specific categories in the 2023 PAC Innovation RADAR vendor analysis ranking, “Leaders in Sustainability-related IT Consulting & Services in Europe.” The company was ranked Best in Class for sustainability-related IT consulting & services in Europe overall. It also earned top rankings for overall sustainability of IT; for sustainability of IT focusing on applications and infrastructures; sustainability through IT; sustainability reporting; and sustainability through the Internet of Things (IoT).

PAC evaluated the 26 IT service providers it considered the most relevant in performing sustainability-related IT services as part of a broader IT services portfolio in Europe. The analyst firm considered a variety of parameters in its analysis, including the service provider’s dedicated sustainability-related consulting and service provision, and its proven sustainability-related classic IT service elements, such as application modernization, “green coding,” or cloud migration. PAC awarded report-card scores based on interviews about resources, distribution, delivery, portfolio, contract design, pricing, customer structure, customer references, investments, partnerships and certifications, along with analyses of existing PAC databases and other secondary research.
In addition to its eight Best in Class designations, NTT DATA was ranked “Excellent” in two other sustainability-related IT consulting and services categories, highlighting the banking sector.
