The study highlighted the company’s healthcare analytics platforms including Business Insights Engine (BIE), Digital Health Platform and Healthcare Provider Analytics (HePA).

The report noted that the market for healthcare operational analytics services in the U.S. is forecasted to grow at roughly 12 percent from $800 million in 2019 to $1.25 billion in 2023. In the health plan sector, the most significant demand for analytics is in support of member services and enrollment, provider network analysis and member care management, including telehealth. In the healthcare provider sector, provider analytics are key to driving patient care access and outcomes as well as in revenue cycle management.
