The World Economic Forum: conversations that shape decisions

Data, forecasts, trends and signals shape my day to day. I rely on them (and especially on the people around me) to understand what’s happening, what’s changing, and what may come next. In an environment defined by speed and complexity, this constant flow of information is essential.

Over time, I’ve learned that information only gains value when it is placed in context. Experience, intuition and open dialogue are what allow different perspectives to meet, assumptions to be challenged, and better decisions to take shape.

That is why the World Economic Forum remains relevant to me.

The WEF creates space to step back from execution and engage in conversations with CEOs, policymakers, researchers and entrepreneurs facing similar challenges from different contexts, conversations that help refine judgment and keep innovation connected to people and long-term impact.

Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation & Sustainability

In the technology and consulting space, we operate at the intersection of rapid innovation and real-world responsibility. Technology today crosses industries, geographies and cultures, which means topics such as artificial intelligence, digital transformation and sustainability cannot be approached in isolation or through a purely technical lens. Alongside AI, the conversations extend to areas like quantum computing, climate and clean energy technologies, and emerging digital ecosystems that are beginning to reshape trust, health and sustainability.

This year, I’m particularly looking forward to discussions around how leaders can foster dialogue in an increasingly fragmented world, how AI can be scaled responsibly across organizations, and how growth strategies can remain resilient while keeping people at the center. These themes are closely connected to the conversations we are already having at NTT DATA with our clients, teams and partners, and to how we shape what comes next.

The value of these conversations often becomes clear over time, as they inform priorities and decisions beyond the event itself.

I’m looking forward to the conversations ahead.
